A game catalogue is useful only if the details describe the actual game version available to the account. This guide does not present a provider count as a permanent fact or imply that a large catalogue makes a casino reliable.
What to check on a game's information screen
| Field | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Provider and exact game title | Distinguishes similarly named products and versions |
| Rules and payout table | Explains winning combinations and special features |
| Stake range and currency | Shows the actual cost of a round |
| Published RTP, if available | Describes a theoretical long-run statistic for that configuration |
| Promotion eligibility | Determines whether stakes count and whether a maximum bonus stake applies |
The provider's logo alone does not establish the game configuration, availability in a country or the rules of a particular promotion. If the rules screen is missing or contradictory, ask for clarification instead of inferring conditions from another casino's copy of the game.
RTP does not predict your session
A published return-to-player percentage describes a theoretical long-run model. It is not a refund rate, a guarantee for a short session or a promise that a loss must be followed by a win. Variance and the sequence of outcomes matter, and a session can lose its entire starting balance.
For example, a hypothetical 96% RTP corresponds to a 4% theoretical house edge under that model. It does not mean that a 100-unit deposit will end at exactly 96 units. Do not use a provider-wide percentage where the actual game version supplies a different value.
Demo play and real balances
Where a demonstration is available, it can help explain controls and rules. It does not establish the outcome of later paid rounds, prove withdrawal reliability or confirm that a welcome bonus will apply. Demo balance is not withdrawable money.
Check whether an autoplay control, purchase feature or changed stake affects the cost of each round. A familiar screen can still have different settings on another device or version. Set a spending limit before play and do not treat a run of losses as evidence that a win is due.
Bonus contribution is a separate rule
A game being available does not mean it contributes to wagering. A promotion may exclude a game or category, assign a partial contribution or restrict the maximum stake. Keep the terms for the specific offer and consult the bonus examples before using a headline percentage to calculate turnover.
If a round is interrupted
Record the game title, provider, approximate time, currency, stake and round identifier if shown. Check account history before repeating a transaction. Send the record through the operator's confirmed support channel. Public screenshots should not expose credentials or identity documents.
For crash-style and other house-branded formats, see Originals and fairness checks. For a missing balance or payout issue, use the payment guide; a game screenshot alone does not explain a cashier decision.
Common questions
Does high RTP guarantee a winning session?
No. A long-run theoretical statistic cannot guarantee an individual outcome.
Does a game in the lobby count towards a bonus?
Only if the specific promotion's conditions say it does, at the stated contribution rate.
Does this publisher test every game?
No. This is a guide to checking published information, not a certification of the entire catalogue.
