Registration creates an account; it does not confirm a bonus, identity approval or a future withdrawal. This guide explains what to check at each stage without promising a one-minute process or automatic acceptance.
Before opening the form
Establish the operator's address using a previously confirmed channel. Check the minimum legal age and whether the operator accepts your location. Do not use a different country or another person's details to get through a form. Use one account and an email address you control.
The address guide explains why a similar name or a padlock is insufficient evidence. Our outbound partner buttons may lead to partner destinations; this publisher is not the operator and cannot approve registrations.
Complete the fields carefully
- Enter accurate personal and contact details. Choose the supported account currency carefully rather than assuming it can be changed later.
- Read the terms and privacy information before accepting them. Optional marketing consent is a separate decision where the form provides it.
- If using a promotional code, check the response and the offer actually attached to the account. HVOST displayed on this guide is not confirmation of eligibility.
- Complete any verification message only through the confirmed operator channel. Keep passwords and one-time codes private.
If the form reports that an email is already used, try the existing-account recovery process. Creating another account can turn a simple access issue into an account-rules issue.
Identity checks: requested information and deadlines
The operator's terms, section 6.6, describe checks and requests for information. They state a 10-calendar-day response period from the sending of a request. That is a deadline to respond, not a promise that verification takes ten days.
The published KYC section lists a valid passport or government ID and says driving licences are not accepted. Read the current request for the specific document, sides and payment evidence required. Do not send an unsolicited bundle of sensitive documents to an address copied from a search advert.
Use the account's confirmed verification channel. Provide readable, complete, current information matching the account. Do not alter a document to make a mismatch disappear. If you cannot supply a requested item, ask the operator about the accepted alternative and retain the response.
Why approval can be revisited
A previous successful check does not guarantee that no further request will occur. The terms describe additional checks after changes to account or payment information. They also allow withdrawal processing to be suspended while required information is outstanding. The withdrawal handling target is therefore not a universal verification deadline.
Keep a useful support record
Record the request date, account identifier, exact error and ticket number. Describe whether the problem concerns the registration form, a confirmation message, identity evidence or a payment. In public messages, remove identity numbers, addresses, document images and account credentials.
Before accepting a promotion, read the bonus checklist. Before funding an account, read the payment and withdrawal conditions. Neither this guide nor its author can unlock an account or decide a verification result.
Common questions
Can I register again if verification fails?
Do not create another account as a workaround. Ask support to resolve the existing account's issue.
Does registration activate HVOST automatically?
No. Check the form response and the offer displayed in the account.
Is there a guaranteed verification time?
This guide has not established one. A document-response deadline and a payment-processing target are different from a verification guarantee.
